TestLift Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using TestLift, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

TestLift A/B tests storefront purchase-button copy (Add to cart, Checkout, custom purchase buttons) and homepage section campaigns (slideshow image plus optional heading and copy). It does not compare Shopify product variants or change product catalog offerings. You are responsible for configuring tests and ensuring accuracy of content changes.

3. Account & Access

You must have a valid Shopify store and authorization to install apps. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are $29 per month, billed through Shopify, and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time through Shopify's billing settings.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to our data handling practices and to comply with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

TestLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee conversion lift or any specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to the app and associated data may be removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TestLift after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
